1. For joints:
   • Take 15 ml of the treatment and add 500 ml of water.
   • Soak only the joints in the solution for 1 hour.
   • Use the Hammam Exfoliating Gloves with our BELLE NUBIAN soap to wash your hands, clean the sticky part and dry your joints.
   • Then apply our hand and foot cream 2 to 3 times a day to moisturise your skin.
2. For hands only:
   • Take 15 ml of the treatment and add 500 ml of water.
   • Only soak your hands in the solution for 1 hour.
   • Use the Hammam Exfoliating Gloves with our BELLE NUBIAN soap to wash your hands, clean the sticky part and dry your hands.
   • Then apply our hand and foot cream.
3. For hands and feet:
   • Take half of the treatment and add 2 to 3 litres of water.
   • Soak your hands and feet in the solution for 1 hour.
   • Use the Hammam Exfoliating Gloves with our BELLE NUBIAN soap to wash your hands and feet, clean the sticky area, and dry your hands and feet.
   • Apply our hand and foot cream 2 to 3 times a day to moisturise your skin.

Advice

• Repeat this treatment 2 to 3 times a week until the desired results appear.
