Instructions for Use:

  1. After showering: Use daily after each shower, cleansing with honey soap.
  2. Preparation of the lotion: In an empty bottle, mix half of the caramel lotion, booster and Belle Nubian serum. Use this mixture on the body after showering. The other halves can be mixed in the original caramel lotion bottle.
  3. Capsules: Take (2) Gluta capsules and (1) Vitamin C capsule every morning before breakfast.
